摘要:非遗传承的辩证的或对话的维度阻止其仅仅成为一个第三人称旁观中的景观。相反,它参与并在第一人称上去转变其对话者。遗产能一直存活,是因为它参与到那些参与它的人的生活之中。传承或教导是一个区别于研究/学习之纯粹接受性的义务,它不是将所习得之物转化为可以被固化的知识,而是将其领会为在伦理中并因而是在超越行动中的意义。其本质在于活力、创造力和更新,这种更新正是通过一种传统形式的吸纳而发生。任何一个非遗的行动文本都保持着与社区或生活共同体的关联,这个关联因素可称为“文本的动力机制”。作为文化实践的非遗传承兼具存在的自我转型和传统的规范性特征,它是精神之连续的激活、永恒的觉醒和作为启示的启示。

Abstract: The dialectical or dialogical dimension of ICH (Intangible Cultural Heritage) transmission prevents it from being mere spectacle, something seen at a distance, in the third person. Rather, it engages and hence transforms its interlocutors in the first person. Heritage survives because it engages the lives of those who engage in it. Transmission or teaching is an obligation distinct from the pure receptivity of study, which is not to transform what is acquired into knowledge that can be fossilized in one's existence, but to comprehend it as meaning in ethics and therefore in transcendental action. Its essence lies in vitality, inventiveness and renewal which occur precisely through being taken up by way of tradition. Any behavioral text of ICH maintains a relationship with community or living community, which can be named as textual dynamism. As a kind of cultural practice, ICH transmission has both characteristics of the self-transformation of existence and the normativity of tradition, and it is a continual animation of the psyche, a permanent awakening, and the very revelation of revelation.
