A UNESCO expert meeting is taking place from 7 to 9 September 2016 in Beijing, China. This meeting aims to initiate the first steps toward developing an overall results framework for the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
联合国教科文组织专家会议于9月7日至9日在中国北京举行。这次会议旨在创建2003年保护非物质文化遗产公约成果框架。
This expert meeting is convened at the request of the Intergovernmental Committee of the 2003 Convention with the generous support of China. The purpose is to develop an overall results framework for the Convention against which the progress, accomplishments and challenges of this Convention could be observed and compared.
这次会议应2003年保护非物质文化遗产公约政府间委员会之请，在中国的大力支持下举行。会议的目标是建立一个全面的公约成果框架，通过这一框架，公约的进展、成果和挑战都可以得到检验和比较。
Twenty-five experts from different UNESCO Member States and Associate Members covering various field of expertise and geographical regions brought to Beijing their insights and experience to move the first steps towards a preliminary structure and scheme for a results framework to be developed.
此次会议汇集了25位来自各个联合国教科文组织会员国及准会员国的专家，涵盖众多专业领域和地域。他们带来了自己的专业知识与经验，为建立成果框架的初步结构迈出第一步。
The main outcome of the meeting should be the elaboration of a preliminary results framework to be further discussed in an open-ended intergovernmental working group to be organized in 2017.
会议的主要产出是对成果框架的基本原理进行详尽阐述，这一成果将会在2017年举行的开放式政府间工作会议中得到进一步讨论。
In the morning of 7 September the meeting was opened with remarks by Mr Du Yue, Secretary General of Chinese Natcom; Mr Wang Wenzhang, former Vice Minister of Culture and current Chairman of Chinese Academy of Arts; Ms Marielza Oliveira, Director and Representative of UNESCO Beijing Office and Mr Lin Tao, Vice President of Yongxinhuayun Culture Industry Group.
9月7日上午会议正式开幕。联合国教科文组织中国全国委员会秘书长杜越先生、前文化部副部长，现任中国艺术研究院院长王文章先生、联合国教科文组织驻华代表处主任欧敏行女士及永新华韵文化产业集团的副总裁林涛先生在开幕式上发表了致辞。
