　　因学科发展需要，现特向海内外招聘冠名讲席教授1-3名、特聘教授6-8名、学科带头人8-10名，特别研究员、青年学者(讲师)若干名。

　　招聘条件

　　(一) 冠名讲席教授

　　热爱高等教育事业，品德高尚，作风严谨;具有博士学位，能全职在我校工作，从事教学科研一线工作，胜任核心课程讲授任务，年龄一般在50周岁以下，特别优秀者可以适当放宽;海外应聘者应担任国际知名大学或研究机构副教授及以上终身教职或其它相应职位，国内应聘者应担任教授或相应职位;学术造诣高深，在科学研究方面取得过国内外同行公认的重要成就，有较大的国际影响力，是本领域的领军人物;对本学科建设具有创新性构想和战略性思维，具有带领本学科在其前沿领域赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力;具有较强的团结协作、拼搏奉献精神和相应的组织、管理、领导能力，善于培养青年人才，注重学术梯队建设。

　　(二)特聘教授

　　热爱高等教育事业，品德高尚，作风严谨;具有博士学位，能全职在我校工作，胜任核心课程讲授任务，年龄一般在50周岁以下，特别优秀者可以适当放宽;海外应聘者应获得国外高水平大学或著名研究机构副教授(含)以上终身教职，或其他同等职位，熟悉中国国情，与国内高校有着一定的合作交流;国内应聘者应具有良好的学术背景，学术造诣高，在国际同行中有一定的知名度;对本学科建设具有创新性构想和战略性思考，具备带领本学科在其前沿领域赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力;有较强的团结协作、拼搏奉献精神和相应的组织、管理、领导能力，善于培养青年人才，注重学术梯队建设。

　　(三)学科带头人

　　热爱高等教育事业，品德高尚，作风严谨;具有博士学位，从事教学或科研第一线工作;能全职在我校工作;年龄一般不超过45岁，特别优秀者可以适当放宽;在国内担任教授职务或在海外高水平大学担任副教授及相当水平以上职务;学术思想活跃，在本学科领域取得同行公认的显著成绩;发展潜力大，在学术研究方面有创新性构想;道德高尚，治学严谨，具有强烈的事业心和团队精神。

　　(四)特别研究员

　　热爱高等教育事业，品德高尚，作风严谨;在著名高校或科研机构取得博士学位;全职在校工作;年龄不超过40周岁;海外应聘者具有海外高水平大学或著名研究机构的博士后工作经历，国(校)内申请者须担任副高级职务;学术背景良好，发展潜力巨大，已展示出很强的研究能力;研究方向明确，符合我校学科及师资队伍建设需要。

　　(五)讲师

　　热爱高等教育事业，品德高尚，作风严谨;全职在校工作;年龄不超过35周岁;在著名高校或科研机构取得博士学位;国(校)内申请者须在国内著名高校获得本科学历;学术背景良好，发展潜力巨大，研究方向明确，符合我校学科及师资队伍建设需要。

　　Job Notices for Overseas Talent

　　by School of Humanities and Social Science, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

　　Several positions are set up for overseas talent in order to develop academic disciplines, including:

　　 1-3 titled chair professors

　　 6-8 distinguished professors

　　 8-10 leading scholars

　　 Several special researchers, young scholars (as lecturers)

　　Requirements:

　　(Ⅰ)、Titled Chair Professor

　　1、 Deep passion for higher education, noble morality and rigorous Academic style;

　　2、 Ph. D. degree, able to work full-time & conduct teaching and researching, capable of giving core course at the age of less than 50 in general(Particularly outstanding person could be extended the limitation.);

　　3、 Overseas applicants should have tenured positions of associate professor or above in well-known universities or institutes, with profound academic attainments, major achievements of scientific research recognized by people of the same profession, enjoying great international influence—who are leaders in their realms;

　　4、 Creative and strategic thoughts on discipline construction, capability of leading the discipline to catch up with retaining the international advanced level of their disciplines;

　　5、 Strong spirit of cooperation and dedication, capability of organizing, managing and leading, good at cultivating talent and focusing on building academic echelon formation.

　　(Ⅱ)、Distinguished Professors

　　1、 Deep passion for higher education, noble morality and rigorous academic style;

　　2、 Ph. D. degree, able to work full-time , and give core courses at the age of less than 50 in general(Particularly outstanding person could be extended the limitation.);

　　3、 Overseas applicants should have tenure positions of associate professor or above in well-known universities or institutes, familiarities with national conditions, with certain cooperation with domestic colleges;

　　4、 Domestic applicants should have good academic backgrounds, profound academic attainments and noted among people of the same profession internationally;

　　5、 Creative and strategic thoughts on discipline construction, capability of leading the discipline to catch up with or retaining the international advanced level of their disciplines;

　　6、 Strong spirit of cooperation and dedication, capability of organizing, managing and leading, good at cultivating talent and focusing on building academic echelon formation;

　　(Ⅲ)Leading Scholars

　　1、 Deep passion for higher education, noble morality and rigorous academic style;

　　2、 Ph. D. degree, able to work full-time, and conduct teaching and researching at the age of less than 45 in general(Particularly outstanding person could be extended the limitation.);

　　3、 Positions of domestic professors or associate professors in overseas famous universities or above;

　　4、 Active academic thoughts with acknowledged achievements in the discipline;

　　5、 Great potentials for development and creative thoughts of academic research;

　　6、 Noble morality, rigorous academic style, strong spirit of dedication and cooperation.

　　(Ⅳ)Special Researchers
