吴旭,男,湖北恩施人,土家族,加拿大阿尔伯塔Alberta大学人类学博士(2003),该校博士后(2004-2005)。加拿大萨省大学人类学助理教授(2006-2008),08年至今任教于华东师范大学,美国应用人类学学会SFAA Fellow,主要研究食物人类学和民族植物学。
