【中文摘要】     
       本文通过考察二十世纪中国社会转型期一个村落的语言现象的几个方面，

研究语言民俗在民众生活中的体现形态、运作规律、文化内涵和社会功能等。本

文将民间语言现象置于特定的文化背景和现场处境之中，把它视为一种民众文化

活动，以实地调查资料揭示它与历史文化传统和当代社会生活的内在关联，揭示

凝聚在语言形态之中的民众精神和民俗心理。全文由五章组成。
       第一章“亲属称谓”，试图全面构拟黄庄一带繁复的亲属称谓体系，并努

力展示亲属称谓语的生活内涵和使用处境。
       第二章“拟亲属称谓”，探讨世袭型亲属称谓体系在村落文化中的位置和

功能，分析它形成和运作的文化机制，并通过村内婚引起的改称呼现象探察当代

村民关系现状，又从“哥们儿”称谓入手讨论城乡称谓习俗的差异。
       第三章“人名”，探讨黄庄起名习俗的传统和变迁，及其与社会文化的关

系，分析人名称谓的使用规则和生活功能。
       第四章“咒语”，展现黄庄民众对咒语灵力的信仰状况，探讨语言作为一

种超自然力资源的形成机制，咒语灵力崇拜与神灵崇拜的关系。
       第五章，“语言民俗综论”，是关于语言民俗的理论探讨，认为语言民俗

存在于具体情境之中，它的形式和意义都与情境密不可分；语言民俗不是静止、

孤立的工具和制度，而是受民众精神支配的行为和活动：在现阶段，语言民俗是

各种社会群体在生活情境中的一种社会文化活动。


【外文摘要】 ABSTRACT The dissertation has made a detailed study of the

expressions, law of the development, cultural connotations and social

function of folk language phenomena in a village. The author regards

folk language as a kind of cultural activities with a inseparable link

to cultural background and speech situation. It is said that folk

language is not a static, isolated tool or institution but a kind of

life-culture and forkloristic event. The dissertation provides a

comprehensive survey, based on field research findings, of profound

relation of folk language to historic culture tradition and to

contemporary social life. And it tries to demonstrate the folk spirits

and ideas included in Langvage phenomena.
       The dissertation covers Five aspects of folk language phenomena:

kin nomenclature, fictive kin nomenclature, folk naming (involving

surname and personal name, infant name, nickname) , and incantations.
      Finally, It gives a theoritical analysis of language folklore

about it's context of situation, the Constitution of the"folk"and the

structure of the "lore"
